1 on 1 Coaching:

Lead yourself first.

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING FOR LEADERS WHO WANT TO LEAD MORE HUMAN

The problem you arrive with

Most leaders don't come to coaching because something is broken. They come because something feels off.

A team that won't align. Feedback that lands harder than expected. A role that asks more of you than the last one did. The pace that used to energize you starts to wear you down.

The challenge you bring is rarely the one we end up working on. Underneath it is almost always the same thing: a leader who has lost contact with who they are and what matters most to them.

That's where we begin.

  • Lead yourself. Then lead others. Then lead teams.

Coaching with me starts inside. Before we look at the team, the strategy, or the next decision, we look at the leader. Co-Active coaching is the foundation it assumes you already have what you need, and that the work is to help you access it. From there, we use CliftonStrengths to clarify how you naturally show up and the Integrative Enneagram to surface the patterns that shape how you lead under pressure.

This isn't a curriculum. It's a roadmap toward who you already are.

  • THREE PATHS: ONE PHILOSOPHY

LEAD YOURSELF For new and emerging leaders.

You were promoted because you were exceptional at your work. Now you're being asked to do something different: lead people. This is where you build the foundation on which everything else rests: knowing who you are as a leader, what drives you, and how you want to show up.

    LEAD OTHERS For mid-career leaders.

You've been leading for a while. The work is no longer about doing, it's about enabling. Less control, more influence. Less expertise, more presence. This is where we sharpen how you lead the people around you, navigate hard conversations, and build relationships that hold under pressure.

    3 or 6 months · Bi-weekly sessions · CliftonStrengths + Integrative Enneagram · Optional stakeholder check-ins · Email and text support

LEAD TEAMS For senior leaders and executives.

At the top, there are very few people you can be fully honest with. The pressure is real and largely invisible. This is a confidential thinking partnership built for the leader carrying the weight of a team, a department, or an institution, and ready to stop performing and start leading from who they actually are.

  • Every engagement follows the same arc and is shaped by what you bring to it.

A grounded beginning. Honest inquiry. Assessments. A clear picture of where you are and what you're working toward.

A courageous middle. Experiments in showing up differently. Patterns named. Hard conversations rehearsed and held. Real change in real relationships.

A meaningful close. Not an ending — a new starting point. A clearer leadership narrative. A vision for the next year. And an honest conversation about what continued growth could look like.

  • This is for you if…

    • You're ready to look honestly at what's in your way — not just what's in the way of others.

    • You want growth that goes deeper than skills and frameworks.

    • You lead people, and you want to lead them better.

    • You sense there's a more grounded, more authentic version of you as a leader — and you want to find it.

    This isn't for you if…

    • You're looking for a quick fix or a performance hack.

    • You want someone to validate your approach rather than challenge it.

    • You're not ready to do the inner work.

Leadership is hard. You don't have to do it alone.

No fluff. No hype. Just real conversations that help you move forward.

My coaching experience with Earl was wonderful.  We worked through barriers that I had placed on myself and helped me identify what truly matters.  I am thankful to have taken part in this experience and am honored to have him as a coach and as I continue on with my career and personal mission.

  • J.C.

Working with Earl as my coach was a great experience. He always gave me the space to talk and he listened attentively to what I had to say. He found the balance between letting me speak but also keeping the conversation on track to achieve the goal set for the session. I also appreciated how he guided me to find the answers myself by asking the right questions and  helping me do the deeper work.

  • S.P.

I needed some perspective adjustment…my “old ways” of managing my emotions as they related to work had been affected. The time I spent meeting with Earl and the self-work I did between meetings helped me approach the season much more positively. I have a new joy in how I manage my work, and my priorities are in better alignment with my Christian faith. Earl set himself as a catalyst for whatever I needed and helped encourage me to think outside of myself.

“Having Earl as my personal development coach was a true privilege. I was going through some rough patches in life with no one I truly felt comfortable to turn to. It was thanks to Earl and our one-on-one coaching sessions that I was able to persevere. Earl showed me genuine kindness, warmth, and a sincere passion to help. With Earl’s guidance, we did the deep inner work which was necessary for me to heal from my past, and look forward to building myself up for a better future.
