Live well. Lead well. Be well. In that order.

I’m Earl Cabellon. I coach people leaders who carry a lot, the ones everyone else leans on, and help them get unstuck, stay grounded in what actually matters, and lead without emptying themselves to do it.

THE FRAMEWORK

The order is the point.

01 · Live Well

Your values, your rest, your family, your faith. The ground you stand on, not the reward you earn after the work is done. When the foundation is thin, everything built on it is thinner than it looks.

02 · Lead Well

How you lead is downstream of how you live. Rested and grounded, you lead with patience and courage. Empty, you lead from fear and start managing optics instead of people.

03 · Be Well

Wellbeing that lasts, for you and for everyone watching you. Leaders decide, in a hundred small ways, whether their people are allowed to be well or have to apologize for needing it.

Get the order wrong, and the whole thing collapses. I know because I lived it backwards for years.

WHY I DO THIS

I used to be skeptical of coaching.

I’m a husband, a father, and the son of parents who immigrated from the Philippines with a work ethic that didn’t leave much room for reflection.

For two decades in higher education, I believed good leaders had the answers, stayed available, and ran on empty as proof of commitment. Then a season of leading through the pandemic taught me what that actually costs.

Now I coach the leader I used to be.
